Do I have to pay it all upfront?

No, not at all! In order to secure your booking and timeslot we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.  

How long before the event is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 21 days prior to your event, don't worry we will send you a payment link a week prior to this as a reminder so you don't get it unexpectedly!  

Can I amend the numbers to my booking? 

Yes, of course you can! You can amend the numbers of your booking up until the final balance is due. However if you book for too many and some drop out you will lose your 20% non-refunable deposit. 

Is your venue in the city centre of Edinburgh? 

Our venue is situated outside Edinburgh city centre at Hopetoun Estate, you can find directions here. It's around 12 miles outside the city centre however we can arrange transport that will pick you up and drop you back off once your event has finished!

What happens if the weather is bad? 

Even if the wetaher is bad your event will still go ahead. We have had groups on-site with us through winter and at the start of the year. Our instructors will keep you active, and the activities will keep you warm and it will be just as much fun in bad weather as it is good!

When and where will the coach collect us?

Your coach will collect you from your specified Edinburgh city centre location approx. 40 minutes before your event time. This will mean you will have 40 minutes to get ready before your event starts. The will pick you up when your event is finished.
